About the OpportunityThe Fulfillment Team Lead oversees the RF Directed (RFD) and Pick to Light (PTL) pick lines. Provide Leadership support for the Fulfillment Supervisors and Operation ensuring that KPI‚Äôs concerning Safety, Quality, People and Productivity are accurately reported and achieved. Daily responsibilities include waving orders, oversee replenishment operations, resolution of Inventory health concerns by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action while ensuring a consistent workflow through our WMS.
