L.L.Bean is seeking a Fulfillment Systems & Data Analyst to join our team in Freeport, Maine. This position serves as a technical and analytical resource while developing expertise in fulfillment systems, databases, reporting platforms, and application development. Responsible for building, supporting, and continuously improving the systems, databases, reporting, and analytical tools used to plan, schedule, monitor, and execute Fulfillment operations. Translates business requirements into practical solutions that improve operational visibility, decision‑making, automation, and workforce effectiveness. Partners closely with Planning, Scheduling, Operations, Learning, and IS to ensure leaders have accurate data, reliable systems, and scalable tools needed to support day‑to‑day execution and long‑term business objectives.

L.L.Bean uses a market‑based compensation approach. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $65,800.00-$82,200.00. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
