Job summary

Great Northern Chippewa Falls is seeking a Support Specialist for the 2nd shift (1:30pm–9:30pm). The role backs up the shift supervisor and assists in line set-ups, 1st articles, and leading fulfillment team to ensure safety, quality and productivity.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read/write English, three years manufacturing experience, strong math, safety record and excellent communication skills. Growth opportunities across facilities are available.

Responsibilities

• Back-up to shift supervisor in fulfillment and projects.
• Assist in Line Set-ups and 1st Articles.
• Lead Fulfillment Team to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Assist in Project Reconciliation in Nulogy.
• Support continuous improvement objectives as directed.
