Job summary

Medical Guardian is seeking a Fulfillment Trainee to join our on-site team in Sharon Hill, PA. The role includes inventory auditing, QA, replenishments, and shipping-related tasks with an emphasis on accuracy and productivity.

As you progress, performance-based increases lead to a Fulfillment Specialist 1 title after one year. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with onsite responsibilities and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing digital health company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehousing, receiving, or inventory control.
• On-site 5 days/week with scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Detail oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory and stock status for accuracy.
• Perform full product QA.
• Replenish inventory.
• Meet daily productivity metrics.
• Refurbish returned units for reuse.
• Attach labels to shipping containers.
• Unload and verify incoming shipments.
• Learn and use inventory management software.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Occasional on-call duty.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.
