Job summary

Lowe’s in Bristol, VA is hiring an Associate to fulfill customer orders and deliver strong service. You will validate orders, help customers find or connect with the right associates, and prioritize quality and speed in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will operate certified equipment, maintain safety standards, and support inventory accuracy and store readiness. A teamwork-focused, customer-first attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and guiding customers.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
