Job summary

Avandra Imaging is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support warehouse operations, handling inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. You will inspect stock, prepare equipment for orders, and ensure timely shipments while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of collaborating with teammates and external partners.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Able to lift and move heavy equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office apps.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inventory Management: receive and inspect incoming stock, maintain a clean warehouse, brand media and shipping boxes, perform inventory counts.
• Order Fulfillment & Shipping: unpack and prepare equipment for sales orders, pack shipments with all components, follow checklists for palletizing, labeling, and shipping.
• Team & Operational Support: uphold safety standards, operate forklift, support coworkers, provide backup coverage, perform other duties.
