Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and directing them to right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Work with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
