Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Estero, FL is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, while keeping staging areas clean and safe.

You’ll deliver outstanding service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed. You will operate and maintain powered equipment, support inventory accuracy with the Orders App, and complete administrative tasks

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input or access information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) or obtained on site.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and answering questions.
• Connect customers with the right associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
