Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Availability to work most Saturdays and some Sundays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, and use hands and fingers for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Personal accountability and pride in quality work.
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
• Meet and maintain department KPIs following the training period.
• Work independently while sustaining consistent productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fulfillment processes, and operational standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through careful handling and organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Clock in/out on time and adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Contribute positively to team morale and operational efficiency.
