Job summary

BTC Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist for the Nashville HQ to own day-to-day shipping and receiving with a high bar for accuracy and communication. You will ensure inbound inventory is checked in correctly, outbound orders depart on schedule, and the warehouse remains organized and safe.

This on-site role focuses on warehouse operations, packing quality, and cross-functional coordination with Ops and Support to keep shipments on time during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory role (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong attention to detail — consistent correct picks, labels, counts, and documentation are non-negotiable.
• Able to lift and move boxes (up to ~50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using shipping/inventory software; ShipStation or Shopify a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shipping & fulfillment execution: Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with high accuracy and meet daily carrier cutoffs.
• Receiving & unloading: Verify counts/condition against packing slips and escalate discrepancies.
• Inventory accuracy: Maintain clean, accurate inventory locations and counts; support cycle counts.
• Packing quality: Pack items to prevent damage using appropriate materials and standards.
• Warehouse organization & cleanliness: Keep space organized, labeled, and safe; maintain a ready-to-ship environment.
• Documentation: Maintain inbound/outbound notes and logs for quick resolution.
• Cross-functional communication: Coordinate with Ops/Support when shipments or inventory impact customers.
• Light office / HQ support: Help with basic office tasks at the Nashville HQ when needed.
