Job summary

UPLIFT Desk in Austin, TX is seeking motivated Warehouse Fulfillment Associates to support order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, operating carts and dollies, and maintaining accuracy and safety on the warehouse floor.

Compensation is $20 hourly, DOE, with full-time hours and a typical Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule. Benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and navigate stairs; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using dollies and carts to move products safely.
• Must be 18+ and able to read basic English to follow safety guidelines.
• Committed to meeting quality standards and productivity goals.
• Eager to grow within the company through training and added responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using a pick sheet or headset.
• Load and unload products onto the conveyor line.
• Assemble and tape boxes for outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and ship parcel and freight orders.
• Use PC-based software to process shipments.
• Receive, barcode, and stock inventory.
• Unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Secure shipments by stretch-wrapping pallets.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Support other departments with warehouse-related duties.
