Qualifications

• Basic computer use and data entry for picking and order validation.
• Experience with common retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
• Forklift, order picker, and reach truck certification required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to high-quality items and answers.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks; report safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
