Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing to the right associates
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and reporting safety or theft concerns
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
