Job summary

Value Added Distributors is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist in De Pere, WI. The role covers driving, data analysis, and warehouse tasks to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are fulfilled on time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, strong Microsoft 365 and ERP familiarity, and the ability to work with sales teams to identify opportunities. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with 2+ years of driving in all weather conditions.
• Ability to drive to customer locations (up to 1.5 hours one-way).
• Valid Class D Non‑CDL license, clean driving record, and ability to drive a van/box truck.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to deliver and check inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment orders.
• Support sales and business development to grow revenue.

• Pay: $20 per hour
• Full‑Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (with some overtime if required)

Our ideal Fulfillment Specialist has some experience with logistics/supply chains and is familiar with hydraulic components. The minimum qualifications are...

• 21+ years old with 2+ years of experience driving in all weather conditions
• Ability to drive to customer locations (up to 1.5 hours one‑way)
• Valid driver's license (Class D Non‑CDL), a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a van/box truck
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, the ability to type 25+ wpm, and ERP experience (preferably Epicor)

• Ability to wear required PPE, stand/sit for extended periods, and work in various environments (office, manufacturing, retail, laboratory, etc.)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

With you as our Fulfillment Specialist, customers will receive their orders on time and their on‑site inventory will be well‑stocked with the products they need for their own operations. We're looking for a flexible, meticulous, and customer‑focused person who can seamlessly jump between driving, data analysis, sales support, and customer service responsibilities. You'll monitor customers' stock levels and regularly communicate with contacts/branch managers to generate replenishment orders. You'll also work with our sales and business development teams to identify more opportunities to grow revenue and develop new products.

This position takes you on the road, and you'll travel to customers' locations to make deliveries, check inventory levels, and provide on‑site assistance. To provide the best results possible, you'll proactively identify potential issues and take steps to avoid the problem. In case of supply chain issues, discrepancies, or other problems, you'll quickly find the right solutions for getting everything back on track. You'll also help out with receiving, pulling, stocking, and delivering products as well as support general warehouse operations.
