Job summary

Value Added Distributors in De Pere, WI seeks a Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator to drive data-informed replenishment, coordinate with customers, and perform hands-on warehouse tasks.

You will travel to client sites, monitor stock levels, process orders, and support receiving, picking, stocking, and deliveries while collaborating with sales and operations.

Ideal candidates have logistics experience, a valid license, familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with 2+ years of experience driving in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license (Class D Non-CDL) with clean driving record and ability to drive a van/box truck.
• Ability to drive to customer locations (up to 1.5 hours one‑way).
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, ability to type 25+ wpm, and ERP experience (preferably Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Monitor customers' stock levels and regularly communicate with contacts/branch managers to generate replenishment orders.
• Travel to customers' locations to make deliveries and provide on-site assistance.
• Support receiving, pulling, stocking, and delivering products; help with warehouse operations.
• Identify potential issues and take steps to avoid problems; provide on-time solutions.

• Pay: $20 per hour
• Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (with some overtime if required)

This position takes you on the road, and you'll travel to customers' locations to make deliveries, check inventory levels, and provide on‑site assistance. In case of supply chain issues, discrepancies, or other problems, you'll quickly find the right solutions for getting everything back on track. You'll also help out with receiving, pulling, stocking, and delivering products as well as support general warehouse operations.
