Job summary

Van Drunen Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated team member to handle order processing, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure accurate fulfillment and quality checks while maintaining organized inventory and responding to customer inquiries to support seamless delivery.

A high school diploma and strong communication are required, with opportunities to grow in eCommerce and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, shipping, fulfillment, or related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using eCommerce platforms and shipping software.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Perform quality checks on products before shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Organize, stock, move, and maintain inventory in clean, safe warehouse areas.
• Assist with inventory management activities including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support shipping/returns.
