Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC in Houston, Texas, seeks an Administrative and Business Support specialist to assist Program Managers by coordinating cross-BU reports, publishing timely system updates, and analyzing performance metrics for management review.

Responsibilities include publishing Daily Build Reports, Weekly Metrics, and Backlog Analyses; managing lead times; tracking New Product Holds; and improving reporting processes in line with build plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in production or business field.
• 2–4 years production planning or business analysis.
• Experience creating/publishing operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and publish Daily Build Report and Weekly Metrics Reports for management review.
• Publish Backlog Analysis Reports for BUs.
• Lead time management by executing schedule pads in system, analyzing LT trends and distributing Pads reports.
• Track New Product Hold status and apply or release holds based on Marketing or PMs' requests.
• Publish Build Linearity in sync with build plan status between customers and Foxconn.
• Initiate and improve current reporting process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
