Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking an administrative/data coordination specialist in Houston to support Program Managers by compiling and distributing cross-BU reports and performance analytics. This role involves publishing daily build and weekly metrics, managing backlog analyses, and tracking hold status to align with marketing and PM requests.

The position requires early-morning hours to sync with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of production planning and supply chain.
• Excel and database skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and publish Daily Build Report and Weekly Metrics Reports for management review.
• Publish Backlog Analysis Reports for BUs.
• Lead time management by executing schedule pads in system, analyzing LT trends and distributing Pads reports.
• Hold management by tracking New Product Hold status and applying or releasing holds based on Marketing or PMs' requests.
• Publish Build Linearity in sync of build plan status between customers and Foxconn.
• Initiate and improve current reporting process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
