Job summary

Midstates Group in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a fulfillment specialist to support growth and profitability of the fulfillment department. You will fulfill wholesale orders, track inventory, and lead shipment preparation while adhering to postal regulations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment; prior experience in manufacturing or logistics is preferred, with strong communication with the Fulfillment Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and communicate with managers and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, open office atmosphere.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill wholesale orders.
• Track and maintain inventory of wholesale products.
• Lead and prepare shipment process, including following postal regulations for mailing.
• Coordinate delivery of shipment with the Fulfillment Manager and Postal Team.
• Maintain organization of warehouse.
• Communicate with forklift drivers when pallets need to be moved to/from warehouse racking.
• Order processing using computer system.
