Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a team member to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety in a bustling home improvement environment.

You will validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the appropriate associates to ensure a high-quality shopping experience. Additionally, you will operate powered equipment with proper certification and support inventory accuracy through standard store processes, audits, and safety reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance.
