Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a fulfillment associate to pick, stage and process customer orders accurately at our store. You will ensure orders are inspected, validated, and fulfilled on time while maintaining clean staging areas and safety standards.

You will provide high-quality service, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates. You will operate forklifts and related equipment following safety rules and support inventory accuracy with the Orders App.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying information
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow all safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and resolving short picks with leadership
