Job summary

belk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Store Fulfillment Associate to drive sales by processing store fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy. You will pick, pack, and prepare daily orders for pickup or delivery while keeping inventory accurate and fulfillment areas clean and organized.

This hourly role emphasizes Omni processes, strong customer service, teamwork, and reliability. You will work with technology and data to improve efficiency, support peak periods, and uphold safety and asset

Qualifications

Commitment to customer service and store objectives.
Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Self-directed with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and Windows OS.
Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate ownership in achieving daily priorities and store objectives.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently following omni processes.
Prioritize workload to meet delivery options and pack to standards.
Strategically pick items for in-store pickup orders to minimize steps.
Organize equipment and replenish supplies in fulfillment and pickup areas.
Maintain merchandise presentation and support store recovery.
Leverage training tools and data to improve omni process knowledge.
Contribute to a positive store culture and team celebrations.
Enhance in-store customer experience by assisting customers during peak times.
Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
