Arvato is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assemble components, handle materials, and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, clean workspaces, and collaboration with management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least one year of experience in process assembly is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to the pick/pack list.
• Work to company established procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Management to ensure timely order experience for all accounts.
• Handle materials including constructing shipping cartons, wrapping, and palletizing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Ensure high quality control at all steps and maintain inspection docs.
• Pick orders using the scanner and verify items.
• Learn and understand multiple computer systems.
