Job summary

GOTAFE in Mooresville, NC is seeking a summer intern to support fulfillment and supply chain initiatives. You will analyze data, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across stores, distribution centers, and corporate teams to drive improvements.

You’ll gain exposure to operations and project management while developing analytical, presentation, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Supply Chain Mgmt, Business, IE).
• GPA of 3.0 cumulative minimum.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze order data, competition, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs for fulfillment and flag problem areas.
• Support cross-functional projects to improve fulfillment speed and reliability.
• Gain exposure to store and supply chain operations and related areas.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance reliability, cost efficiency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams on capabilities to support improvements.
