Job summary

NWU is offering a 10-week summer internship focused on supply chain and fulfillment. The role involves analyzing order data, competition, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and assisting in monitoring KPIs for fulfillment.

You will gain exposure to store and supply chain operations, fulfillment strategies, and other key areas, while contributing to initiatives that enhance reliability, speed, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Expected graduation dates December 2027 or May 2028.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA requirement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, problem solving, analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, data analytics, or project management is a plus.
• Leadership roles at work or campus organizations are valued.

• Collaborate with technology and business teams on capabilities that support improvements to fulfillment speed and reliability.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.
• 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Proficient in MS Office programs, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, problem solving, analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Relevant internship or experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, data analytics, or project management is a plus.
• Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.

Training & Development

The 10-week summer internship program (May 24th–July 30th) immerses interns in real-world retail operations. Interns work directly with industry experts across stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that contribute meaningfully to the business and communities.
