Target in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to guide a team responsible for guest experience, order fulfillment, and daily store operations.

You'll plan workloads, monitor fulfillment metrics, coach team members, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering fast, accurate service to guests.

Qualifications
