Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a high-volume direct to consumer environment.
• Experience in leading teams of over 60 non-exempt employees.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the fulfillment center.
• Develop and manage a team of Area Managers and associates.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational success for new client launches.
