Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with accounts services and vendors, developing waving/packing strategies, and driving safety and efficiency improvements while maintaining high quality and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a warehouse/DC environment.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead staff, manage workflow and resources.
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of goods and staffing to meet customer requirements and capacity.
• Plan staffing, overtime and resources to meet objectives within financial guidelines.
• Develop and maintain reporting on area performance and safety.
• Drive process improvements and ensure on-time, accurate shipping.
