Safelite is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as the liaison between the fulfillment center and retail locations for ship-to-store activities. The role focuses on releasing orders, coordinating packing stages, and ensuring timely shipment through the Korber WMS.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years in administrative roles in warehouse or supply chain settings, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle/AS-400 experience is a plus.
The Operations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the fulfillment center and the retail location for ship-to-store activities. This position is predominantly based on the operations floor of the fulfillment center, providing support to the Team Lead and Supervisor in executing tasks essential for advancing orders through the fulfillment process.
