Amazon.com Services LLC in Forney, TX is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly staff across first-mile to last-mile operations. You will mentor employees, manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery commitments, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet business objectives.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays, and includes lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Do you currently hold a valid and active USA state drivers license?

Responsabilités

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
