Job summary

GSI in the Atlanta area is seeking a Fulfillment Manager to own end-to-end order-to-delivery for medical devices. You will lead a dedicated team in a climate-controlled facility, driving accuracy, strict compliance, and high-touch service for critical orders.

You will optimize warehouse layout, manage inventory and forecasting, approve supplier purchase orders, and negotiate freight rates, partnering with sales to minimize expirations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing and developing personnel.
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems.
• Experience shipping medical/laboratory equipment; knowledge of FDA regulations; CPIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order-to-delivery process and lead a 5-person team.
• Optimize warehouse layout and product flow.
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and supplier PO approvals.

A global medical device company looking for a Fulfillment Manager to lead the end-to-end order-to-delivery process. In the medical field, accuracy isn't just a metric—it saves lives. Rather than managing high-volume chaos, you work in a climate controlled facility and focus on flawless execution, strict compliance, and high-touch customer service for critical orders.

The Role

As our Fulfillment Manager, you will have true end-to-end ownership of our operations. You will directly manage, coach, and support a dedicated team of five (two Customer Service Representatives and three Distribution Associates).

On a strategic level, you will optimize our warehouse layout, streamline product flow, and oversee the entire process from receipt to shipping. You will also take charge of inventory management—partnering with sales on forecasting, approving supplier purchase orders, minimizing product expiration, and negotiating rates with freight forwarders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, alongside proven experience managing and developing personnel.
• Solid working knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems, and a passion for customer service.
• Previous experience shipping medical/laboratory equipment, knowledge of FDA regulations, or a CPIM certification will make you stand out.
• Must reside in the Atlanta area. Only local candidates will be considered.
