Job summary

GlobalMed Logistix, LLC in Norcross, GA is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, distribution and inventory management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff, assign tasks, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure on‑time order fulfillment, maintain safety standards, and provide coaching to develop team capabilities in a fast‑paced healthcare logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Position Overview:

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the logistics team, ensuring the efficient management of warehousing, distribution, and inventory processes. This role involves coordinating team activities, providing training and guidance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our healthcare partners.

Physical and Location Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is regularly required to sit and climb or balance and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to access and physically navigate the warehouse facility. This is an exempt position, requiring flexibility in work hours to meet operational needs. The employee must have the ability to stand on-call.
