Job summary

Etna Supply is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead picking, packing, staging, and yard operations. You will train and develop the fulfillment team, manage workflows, and ensure a safe, organized warehouse with strong customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily order fulfillment, including picking, packing, consolidating, staging, and yard operations.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready on time for shipment or customer pickup.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage fulfillment staff, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
• Plan staffing, resources, and workflows to meet customer needs and performance goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and enforce company policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor warehouse reports and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• Partner with other departments to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with pulling, checking, and preparing orders as needed.
