Etna Supply is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Manager to lead our picking, packing, staging, and yard teams in Grand Rapids, ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and ready for shipment or customer pickup.

You will train and develop fulfillment staff, manage daily workflows, maintain a safe, organized warehouse, and drive continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading fulfillment, picking, packing, and yard operations.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff and manage performance.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Eclipse, and MS Office.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.

• Lead daily order fulfillment, including picking, packing, consolidating, staging, and yard operations.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and ready on time for shipment or customer pickup.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage fulfillment staff, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
• Plan staffing, resources, and workflows to meet customer needs and performance goals.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and enforce company policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor warehouse reports and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements.
• Partner with other departments to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with pulling, checking, and preparing orders as needed.
