Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Continuous improvement or ISO/OSHA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily fulfillment operations including shipping, receiving, and order processing.
• Monitor operational performance to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to fulfillment team members.
