Job summary

CookUnity in Austin, TX is seeking a Fulfillment team member to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery, upholding quality standards and safety.

You will join a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and help maintain inventory accuracy while contributing to timely, accurate orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or fulfillment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Background in fast-paced environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on order sheets.
• Label and organize orders for shipment.
• Receive and stock inventory; maintain organized storage.
• Inspect products for quality before shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and flag discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

The Fulfillment team member will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety protocols. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on order sheets, ensuring all items meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Label and organize orders for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packaged and prepared for delivery.
• Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining an organized and clean storage area for easy access and inventory control.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and notifying supervisors of discrepancies or low stock levels.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and teamwork mentality.
• Prior experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Pay Range for this position

$20 — $22 USD
