Vivid Impact in Louisville, KY, is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Kit Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will assemble customer kits, verify materials, and ensure accuracy before packaging and shipment.
Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks with team leaders, performing quality checks, handling materials, and maintaining documentation. The role requires the ability to lift 10–50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

The Fulfillment Kit Associate works in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting daily fulfillment operations by assembling, verifying, and packaging customer-specific kits and printed materials with exceptional accuracy. This role is responsible for preparing brand-specific folders and inserting store-specific materials that must precisely match customer requirements. Success in this role requires outstanding attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to quality while maintaining efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay: $17.50/hr.

Daily Work Coordination: Collaborate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand daily priorities, assignments, and production goals, and execute tasks accordingly.
Customer Kit Assembly and Verification: Assemble customer kits by accurately matching brand-specific folders with the correct store-specific materials. Carefully verify all contents, quantities, and customer specifications before packaging and shipment.
Quality Inspection: Perform detailed quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and correct errors before products are shipped.
Material Handling and Order Staging: Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets.
Documentation and Communication: Accurately complete required paperwork, production records, and system entries while communicating quality, safety, or material issues promptly.
