We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment & Inventory Control Specialist to join our team!


If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy keeping things organized, and take pride in ensuring smooth operations, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for order processing, fulfillment, inventory tracking, warehouse operations, and shipping preparation, making sure every order is accurate and on time. Beyond that, you'll play a key role in quality control and process improvements, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency. This position offers plenty of opportunities to grow and contribute to our dynamic team!


What You'll Do


  • Responsible for daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation
  • Ensure orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately
  • Record inventory movements in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as necessary
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve order delays
  • Maintain positive and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Generate reports on multiple fulfillment and performance KPIs as needed
  • Assist with preparing necessary SOPs for fulfillment and operation processes
  • Research and evaluate shipping price quotes and routing information for cost-effectiveness and time efficiencies
  • Assist with maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments
  • Evaluate, analyze and research inventory discrepancies and update records as needed
  • Perform weekly inventory cycle counts
  • Assist in leading annual physical inventory
  • Process for shipping all samples and replacement request and update tracking information to worksheets
  • Work with the warehouse manager in rotating inventory
  • Work with VP of Operations on monthly ordering products
  • Collaborate with VP of Operations on weekly transferring of inventory between all fulfillment locations
  • Inventory management of the location designated for returns, samples, and donations
  • Publish weekly inventory reports in all fulfillment locations
  • Receive, unpack, organize, and repack returned products to prepare them for resale
  • Work with the sales department on the trade show planning, preparation, and execution
  • Perform other related duties as needed
