Job Summary:

We are seeking a Termite Service Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will be our Termite Guru, responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing termite infestations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pest control, enjoy working in challenging environments (including crawl spaces and attics), and have extensive knowledge of termite behavior, treatment methods, and prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Termite Inspections: Perform thorough termite inspections for residential and commercial properties, identifying signs of infestation and potential risks.
• Treatment Plans: Develop and implement customized termite treatment plans, including baiting, soil treatments, and fumigation.
• Crawl Spaces and Attics: Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics to perform inspections and treatments.
• Customer Education: Educate customers on termite prevention, treatment options, and the importance of regular inspections.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and customer interactions. Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations for ongoing pest control solutions.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by answering client questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and management to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of quality.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, maintain safe work practices, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Sales Support: Provide support for upselling additional services and generating business growth through referrals and customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in pest control, specifically in termite inspection, treatment, and management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of termite species, behaviors, and treatment methods. Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) and perform physical tasks associated with pest control (lifting, bending, crawling, etc.).
• Licensing & Certifications: Current pest control licenses (specific to termites) are highly preferred. If not already licensed, the company will assist in obtaining the required certifications.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and provide a positive experience.
• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when identifying signs of infestation and implementing treatments.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to job sites.
