Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Fulfillment Tech I to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced facility. The role relies on Infoplus, METRC, and pallet equipment to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will perform cycle counts, UIN audits, and documentation of products with precise details, while supporting the packaging and vault teams. Weekend/holiday availability is required and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (as per legal requirements).
• Must communicate with the Good Day Farm team effectively and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced new industry.
• Analytical mind with strong math skills.
• Ability to learn and operate warehousing/inventory software.
• Must perform under high pressure situations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fulfillment Operations experience (1 year preferred).
• Experience with Excel and familiarity with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using Infoplus or pick sheets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and reports for sales team and dispensaries.
• Complete UIN audits in METRC and ensure digital records match physical transfers.
• Inspect products for damage before packing and shipping.
• Communicate issues to vault/manager and coordinate with packaging for transfers.
• Monitor expiration dates and organize storage in vault.
• Use pallet jacks and other handling equipment to move inventory.
• Document finished products with detailed specifications (name, weight, THC, etc.).
• Assist with other fulfillment duties as assigned by manager.
