Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory control. You will verify shipments, stock shelves, and assemble orders while maintaining accurate counts.

The role involves using RF devices and may require forklift operation; training others is also part of the job. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read English, perform basic math, and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview: Support third-party logistics operations, primarily focusing on warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities: Verify merchandise against shipments, stock shelves, assemble customer orders, process returns, and maintain accurate inventory counts. Use RF devices and equipment like forklifts when necessary. Assist in training new associates and perform related duties, including handling controlled substances and working in specialized environments.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of experience. Ability to read, understand English, perform basic math, and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with warehouse workflows, safety standards, and equipment operation is preferred. Ability to work with minimal supervision, participate in physical inventory, and adapt to overtime or physical demands.
Additional Requirements: Capable of using computer systems, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and training team members. May require hazmat training and certifications for equipment operation.
