Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including hiring and coaching.
• Respect the individual and foster a culture of belonging and collaboration.
• Act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and drive responsible decision-making.
• Serve customers by delivering results while considering how and where customers shop.
• Drive continuous improvements and adopt new technologies and skills.
