Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mesa, AZ to unpack and check goods against purchase orders or invoices, and to assemble kits for customer fulfillment. You will also be responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments.

You will inspect stock and manage inventory, perform cycle counts and physical inventories, and process inventory transactions; data entry and expedite handling may be required as a secondary duty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mailroom, packaging center or assembly line preferred.
• Must perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions with high productivity and quality.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and operate standard office equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment.
• Responsible for final quality control and shipping of all shipments.
• Inspect stock and distribute materials in inventory.
• Perform warehouse/inventory control processes including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory.
• Perform inventory transactions systematically in a timely and accurate manner, including material return to stock.
• The role also may have secondary responsibilities for data entry and exception/expedite handling.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous work experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line preferred.
• Must be able to do repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, keep up with high productivity/quality standards, and closely follow instructions.
• Team player with high attention to detail.
• Willing and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience using office equipment including a computer, copier, scanner, printer, etc.
• Ability to navigate through internet-based system screens.
