Job summary

Broadridge is hiring a Fulfillment Clerk for the South Windsor, CT location. The role focuses on specialized processing of company products, preparing mail for USPS acceptance, and reporting to a supervisor.

The job requires standing 12 hours, lifting up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends or overtime as volume demands. Compensation is $18.75 per hour, with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inserting or de-inserting envelopes and printing detail sheets.
• Collecting materials, assembling kits, weighing and metering envelopes.
• Using PCs and software to track and complete work against deadlines.
• Maintain quality and complete required documentation for every job.
• Follow departmental and safety procedures; perform other duties as needed.

Broadridge is growing! We are currently hiring a Fulfillment Clerk for our South Windsor, CT location.

Basic Purpose

Responsible for the specialized processing of the company’s products, preparing mail for acceptance by the USPS. Reports to supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Inserting or de‑inserting envelopes, printing detail sheets, collecting and validating materials, collating and assembling kits and weighing, metering and sorting envelopes.
• Use of personal computer and a variety of software applications or vendor‑provided equipment to track, process and complete work meeting deadlines.
• Monitors and is responsible for quality throughout each job. Completes all required documentation relevant to every job.
• Follows all departmental and safety procedures.
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience within a production environment, with knowledge of postage rates and material confirmation
• Experience in the operation of material insert machines is necessary.

• Ability to adhere to all quality standards
• Ability to interact and effectively communicate with internal staff, liaisons and clients.

• Requires standing for 12‑hour shifts, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and/or overtime
• Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies

Compensation

$18.75 Hourly - Bonus Eligible
