Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center in Aurora, CO, seeks a motivated candidate to handle warehouse operations. You will receive and stock inventory, scan and pick items, and prepare orders for Dashers while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coordinate with Runners/Dashers, assist with light food prep where needed, and embrace a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and problem-solver mindset.
• Willing to learn and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food/bev, admin, healthcare or similar.
• Customer facing experience and ability to delight customers.
• Able to stand and perform warehouse duties, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and stock management with loss prevention and rotation.
• Pick, pack and sort orders using scanner-based tech.
• Delight customers by clear app communications when substitutions are needed.
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness per standards.
• Be a team player and support goals and collaboration.
• Coordinate runners and dashers; assist parking lot operations.
• Assist in light food prep and pre-packaging for staging/delivery.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.
