Job summary

Staples in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Fulfillment Center Team Manager to lead hourly associates and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. You will partner with other managers to deliver outstanding service, reduce costs, and maintain a safety-first environment.

You will drive process improvements, foster teamwork, and ensure accurate execution across shifts while supporting a growth-minded distribution operation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 yrs experience in a comparable role.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy and quality control standards.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly department work and tasks.
• Collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to operate within guidelines.
• Uphold safety culture and safe work practices in the warehouse.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in processes.
