Staples is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Portland to lead hourly staff and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will plan staffing, drive performance, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional service while controlling costs.

You will ensure safety practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the fulfillment center's goals and customer expectations in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hourly associates to meet performance, productivity, accuracy and quality goals.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly department activities and optimize processes.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of staff and review operational reports.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to ensure safety and success.
