Job summary

Schneider Saddlery Co. is seeking a full-time Fulfillment Associate to join our Ohio-based team. You will contribute to inbound and outbound operations, picking and packing orders with precision in a climate-controlled fulfillment center.

You will thrive in a high-energy environment, staying on schedule while maintaining accuracy. Prior warehouse experience helps, but is not required as training is provided.

As part of the Fulfillment Center team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to both Inbound and Outbound operations:

Inbound Responsibilities:

• Accurately scan and move items to bins to ensure efficiency for the Outbound team.
• Navigate through aisles and storage racks to place newly received items and replenish bins for orders.
• Verify product details, quantities, and quality before placing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.

Outbound Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment worldwide.
• Navigate through aisles and storage racks to retrieve items efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness of every order.
• Verify product details, quantities, and quality before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift
• Comfortable working with ladders
• Full-time availability, first-shift, M-F (part-time available for Outbound roles)
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required
