Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead hourly associates, drive performance, and ensure accuracy, quality and on-time service to customers.

You will partner with Fulfillment Center leadership to delight customers, improve processes, hire/train/coaching, and uphold safety while operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Tolleson, AZ. Must have a GED or high school diploma and 1+ year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly planning of departments.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of associates.
• Use operational reports to evaluate performance and ensure targets.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to ensure success.
• Uphold safety practices and foster a safety culture.
