Job Description:
As a Fulfillment Center Supervisor at our Salt Lake City, UT Fulfillment Center, you will lead and motivate a team to meet productivity, safety, and departmental goals. Responsibilities may include managing areas such as replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, and returns. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, motivating a performance-driven team, and excellent customer service skills.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of 10-50 associates
• Oversee time tracking, time off, and approve timecards
• Analyze metrics and reports to assess team performance
• Coordinate shift operations and optimize resource allocation
• Improve operational processes for efficiency
• Maintain a safe work environment and train team members
• Collaborate with other supervisors to achieve broader goals

What You've Done:

• 3+ years warehouse operations experience in relevant areas

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Jazz preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish speaking

Physical Work Environment:

• Ability to work 1st shift
• Moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending)
• Lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally
• Maintain focus over extended periods
• Work overtime during peak seasons
